As part of its responsibilities, the ABC Board Purchasing Section controls the flow of the alcoholic beverage inventory through the ABC Board's Warehouse and to its stores. This series is composed of weekly computer printouts by ABC Board code indicating statewide sales and store inventory. The printout lists code, vendor number, name of brand, store sales by case/bottle, and store inventory by case/bottle. This series is created to assist the Wholesale Division in scheduling shipments from the warehouse to the ABC stores and transfers from one location to another.
